OSHI NO KO

Doctor Gorou Amemiya's life changes when pregnant young star Ai Hoshino arrives at his rural clinic. He agrees to help her deliver her child in secret so she can return to performing without a public scandal. Before the birth, however, Gorou is killed by one of Ai's deluded stalkers and is reborn as her child, Aquamarine Hoshino.

Now growing up beside Ai and his sister Ruby, Aqua sees the entertainment world from inside the family of the idol he once admired from afar. OSHI NO KO uses this unusual second life to explore a show-business environment where public glamour sits alongside secrecy, pressure, and danger, while Aqua's connection to Ai gives those realities deeply personal consequences.
