Ai Kayano is a Japanese voice actress and vocalist. She began voice work at Pro-Fit in 2010 and later played Meiko "Menma" Honma in Anohana, a role for which she received the Best Rookie Actress award at the 6th Seiyuu Awards. She voices Sylphiette in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation.
