JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (TV)

The story begins in 19th-century England with Jonathan Joestar, a young aristocrat whose life becomes entangled with Dio Brando. Taken in by Jonathan's father after the death of his own, Dio refuses to accept his place in society and eventually turns toward the supernatural power of an ancient Aztec stone mask owned by the Joestar family. Their rivalry reshapes the Joestar family's future. Fifty years later, in 1938 New York City, Jonathan's grandson Joseph Joestar inherits a new battle. He must develop the abilities needed to confront the Pillar Men, immensely powerful beings connected to the stone mask and a threat to humanity.
