Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 2

After the First-Class Mage Exam, Frieren, Fern, and Stark are able to continue through the dangerous Northern Plateau on their journey toward Aureole. The increasingly difficult road challenges each member of the trio in different ways, with Stark confronting his insecurities as the party's frontliner and Fern reflecting on the gifts that connect her to people she treasures.

Frieren continues pursuing her long-standing desire to better understand humanity. Memories of her earlier travels with the Hero's party and a brief encounter with a legendary figure lead her to reflect on the passage of time and whether she herself has changed. Her answers emerge less through declarations than through the small choices she makes along the journey.
