Character profile
Shito Tachibana
橘思徒Boy A / Shao Ye
Biography
He returned to life as a zombie following the same accident as Chika. Because he was reported in the news as "Boy A" at the time, he is secretly nicknamed "A-kun" at school.
He is intelligent and aloof yet somewhat of an airhead, and also displays tsundere tendencies. While he makes sharp remarks, he rarely listens to what others say. He is popular with the girls and is something of a school idol. He is left-handed, a poor singer, sensitive to the cold, and fond of long baths. When drunk, he becomes a nuisance to others. He loves tropical fruits. He can be incredibly high-strung one moment and shockingly thick-skinned the next—a contrast that often sparks arguments with Chika. He collects a type of doll named "Betty" that bears a striking resemblance to the "Peko-chan" mascot.

Upon his resurrection, Chika's right wrist was attached to his body. By swapping right wrists with Chika, he can manifest a handgun made of ectoplasm, though he is subject to the same limitations as Chika. Furthermore, his wrist aches whenever something untoward happens to Chika; consequently, the two share a bond of "shared destiny." Although he initially disparaged Chika—calling him a "moronic monkey"—he has come to regard him as someone precious after overcoming various incidents together.
