The "Golden King"—the Second King—who currently reigns as the strongest King and the ruler of the earthly realm. He is a man of advanced age and immense physical stature.
He is a figure who stands on equal footing with the First King, the "Silver King" Adolf K. Weismann.

He was the driving force behind transforming the defeated nation of Japan into a global economic and technological powerhouse following the war, and he effectively controls Japan's political and business worlds. Even the Prime Minister cannot defy him, and he holds a position of seniority over the Fourth King, the "Blue King" Reisi Munakata; he is addressed as "Gozen" (His Excellency/The Honorable One).
He resides within the Mihashira Tower in Shichikamado, the political heart of Tokyo in this world. His subordinates include an elite guard clad in old-fashioned attire and wearing rabbit masks, commonly known as "Rabbits."
Towards the end of World War II, while serving as a lieutenant in the Imperial Japanese Army, he was a comrade of Weismann; he witnessed the experimental research into the "Kings" and marveled at the prospect of creating the ultimate military force using the power of a King.
However, their paths diverged after Weismann's older sister, Claudia, lost her life in the 1945 bombing of Dresden.
