Uncle from Another World

Uncle from Another World begins when Takafumi's uncle awakens after spending seventeen years in a coma. Takafumi quickly discovers that his uncle was not merely unconscious: he had been transported to another world, where he lived as a magical guardian. Now the two share a home while Takafumi introduces him to nearly two decades of technological and cultural change, from smartphones and high-speed internet to the outcome of the console wars he missed.
