The Pet Girl of Sakurasou

The Pet Girl of Sakurasou follows Sorata Kanda, whose affection for a stray cat gets him removed from his school's regular dorm because pets are forbidden there. He is sent instead to Sakura Hall, a residence known for housing unusual and troublesome students. Sorata soon finds himself living alongside personalities such as Jin, Ryuunosuke, and Mashiro, a gifted artist who struggles with ordinary daily life. Their dorm supervisor assigns Sorata to help look after Mashiro in addition to the growing collection of stray cats he already cares for. What begins as punishment for keeping a pet becomes daily life among talented, eccentric residents whose needs and personalities constantly demand his attention.
