The Case Study of Vanitas

The Case Study of Vanitas is set in 19th-century Paris, where the young vampire Noé Archiviste searches for the mysterious Book of Vanitas. When a vampire driven insane attacks him, a human intervenes, saves Noé, and heals the afflicted creature. This stranger calls himself Vanitas and possesses the very book Noé has been seeking. Vanitas proposes an ambitious mission to cure the entire vampire race, leaving Noé to decide whether joining someone who commands such dangerous power is worth the risk.
