Strike the Blood

Strike the Blood begins with rumors that the Fourth Primogenitor, a legendary vampire said to be the strongest in the world, has appeared in Japan. Authorities send apprentice Sword Shaman Yukina Himeragi to observe and, if necessary, eliminate the threat. Armed with a powerful anti-vampire spear, Yukina arrives in Itogami City and encounters Kojou Akatsuki, whose connection to the mysterious Fourth Primogenitor becomes the center of her mission.
