Princess Mononoke

Princess Mononoke begins when a demon-possessed boar attacks a mountain village. Ashitaka, a young prince, saves his people but is cursed during the fight. Exiled according to his village's traditions, he travels in search of a cure before the curse consumes him. His journey leads to Iron Town, where Lady Eboshi's expanding industry has devastated nearby forests and provoked animal clans led by San, a human girl of the Wolf clan. Caught between the two sides, Ashitaka tries to create peace while seeking relief from his own curse.
