Komi Can’t Communicate

Komi Can’t Communicate begins when the quiet Hitohito Tadano finds himself alone with the seemingly aloof Shouko Komi on their first day of high school. Tadano quickly realizes that Komi is not distant by choice; she is extremely awkward around other people. Once he understands what she is struggling with, he decides to help her pursue an ambitious goal: making 100 friends.
