Kizumonogatari Part 2: Nekketsu

Koyomi Araragi has become a vampire after saving the mortally wounded Kiss-Shot Acerola-Orion Heart-Under-Blade. Returning to human form requires restoring the four limbs taken from her, so Koyomi follows supernatural specialist Meme Oshino's advice and prepares to recover them.

Each missing limb is held by a formidable vampire hunter. Dramaturgy is a giant hunter who is himself a vampire, Episode is a half-vampire armed with an enormous cross, and Guillotinecutter specializes in killing vampires. Koyomi must confront all three if he wants to undo the transformation that followed his attempt to save Kiss-Shot. His struggle becomes a succession of dangerous battles in which regaining his humanity depends on reclaiming what was stolen from her.
