Fire Force

Tokyo in the year 198 of the Solar Era is plagued by spontaneous human combustion, a phenomenon that transforms people into living infernos called Infernals. Special fire brigades are responsible for confronting these outbreaks, while later generations of affected humans can manipulate flames without losing their human form. Shinra Kusakabe can ignite his feet at will, an ability that earned him the nickname Devil's Footprints. He joins Special Fire Force Company 8, working alongside other flame users to extinguish Infernals. As reports emerge of a faction deliberately creating them, Shinra is also drawn toward questions surrounding the mysterious fire involving his family twelve years earlier.
