Dusk Beyond the End of the World

Amid civil unrest driven by tensions surrounding artificial intelligence, Akira is caught in violence while protecting his girlfriend. He awakens from cryogenic sleep centuries later in a society he no longer recognizes and meets an android named Yuugure who looks strikingly like the woman he once knew.
