Clannad: After Story

Several months after Tomoya Okazaki confesses his love to Nagisa Furukawa, their relationship begins moving beyond its earlier stage. Tomoya's world also continues to expand as he meets new people and starts thinking more seriously about what family means to him.

As Tomoya and Nagisa move forward together, their relationship develops into a life they must build rather than simply a romance they are discovering. Clannad: After Story follows them through that transition and the hardships that accompany starting a family of their own, using Tomoya's changing understanding of family as a central part of his growth.
