BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense.

Kaede Honjou begins playing a virtual-reality MMO after an invitation from her friend Risa Shiramine. Because Kaede hates the idea of feeling pain, she creates an avatar named Maple and pours all of her points into vitality. The decision initially leaves Maple slow, unable to use magic, and vulnerable even to weak enemies. Her extreme defensive build soon produces unexpected results, however, granting abilities such as Absolute Defense and a counter skill effective against special attacks. With the ability to nullify damage, Maple begins exploring the game in a way that even she did not anticipate.
