Maika Sakuranomiya gets a job at a cafe with an unusual service concept: every waitress is assigned a character type to perform for customers, such as a tsundere or little sister. Maika's manager gives her the "Do S" role, requiring her to act forceful, dominant, and aggressive while working. Her new job therefore depends less on ordinary customer service than on successfully performing a personality very different from the behavior expected at a conventional cafe.
