Beyond the Boundary

Beyond the Boundary follows Mirai Kuriyama and Akihito Kanbara, two isolated young people whose unusual natures set them apart from those around them. Mirai is the last surviving member of her clan and possesses the feared ability to manipulate blood, a power that causes even others who understand supernatural abilities to shun her. Akihito is only half human, and his other lineage gives him rapid healing that makes him nearly impossible to kill. A chance encounter brings the pair together and reveals that their lonely circumstances are connected to something larger. Their growing bond places them on a shared path toward a mission that may require both of their abilities to survive.
