Banished from the Hero’s Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside

Red once fought beside the Hero's party, a group charged with defeating the Raging Demon Lord and saving the world. After betrayal by one of his comrades forces him out, he abandons that life and heads for a quiet frontier town. His new ambition is far smaller: open an apothecary and keep his heroic past hidden. That plan becomes more complicated when Rit, a beautiful adventurer he knew before his exile, arrives and asks to live with him. Red's attempt at an uneventful countryside life therefore begins with both a fresh profession and an unexpected connection to the world he hoped to leave behind.
