Ichika Amasawa is the first student whom Season 4 clearly connects to the White Room.

She enters Advanced Nurturing High School as a first-year student in Class 1-A. From her earliest appearances, Ichika behaves like an unpredictable troublemaker. She inserts herself into Ayanokoji's affairs, tests his reactions and displays an unusual interest in his private life.

Her playful personality initially makes her seem more mischievous than dangerous. Beneath that performance, however, she possesses exceptional academic ability, physical strength, situational awareness and combat training.

Those traits are not accidental. Ichika was educated in the White Room, the same secret facility responsible for Ayanokoji's upbringing.

KADOKAWA's official character material now identifies Ichika Amasawa as a White Room graduate, confirming that her abilities and interest in Ayanokoji come directly from their shared background.

Her revelation creates an immediate complication: the student exposed as a White Room survivor does not behave like someone who sincerely wants Ayanokoji expelled.

That is because Ichika is not the only White Room student involved.

Is Ichika the Student Sent to Expel Ayanokoji?

Ichika is connected to the operation, but she is not the committed assassin the mystery initially leads viewers to expect.

At the beginning of the Year 2 storyline, Acting Director Tsukishiro introduces a new threat. A student trained in the White Room has entered the school and is expected to help force Ayanokoji out. The official English synopsis for Year 2 Volume 1 describes one of the incoming first-year students as a hidden White Room enemy.

That description reflects what Ayanokoji knows at the time. He is told to expect a concealed infiltrator, but he does not receive a reliable identity.

Ichika fits the profile in several ways:

• She takes an immediate interest in Ayanokoji.
• She manipulates other students and creates tests around him.
• She can fight experienced students with little difficulty.

The official anime episode guide shows the mystery developing across the later episodes. In Episode 11, Komiya and Kinoshita are found injured after falling down a slope. Nanase later suspects that a person with distinctive hair was moving through the forest. By Episode 13, she confronts Ichika and asks whether she attacked them.
